- Booking details: when you book a consultation, the booking details you provide through Cal.com, such as your name, email address and the time you choose.
- Technical and cookie data: basic technical information your browser sends when you visit this website, and cookies needed for the site to work and to understand how it is used.
Why we use your data
- To assess and answer your enquiries.
- To provide the consultations you book.
- To send you the free checklist or other material you have requested.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with the tools needed to run this service — for example Cal.com, which handles our bookings. We do not pass your data to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for a reasonable period so we can follow up on conversations properly — generally up to 24 months — and then delete it. Booking and service records may be kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our basic record-keeping duties.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Just write to info@nvconsult.eu and we will respond to your request.
