What NVConsult is — and is not
NVConsult provides education and application guidance: help to understand study and work pathways, to prepare documents, and to follow application steps in the right order. NVConsult is NOT a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Guidance, not legal advice — the embassy/authority decides every application.
No guaranteed outcomes
No visa, job, admission or other outcome is ever guaranteed by NVConsult. Decisions rest solely with the embassies, authorities, universities and employers involved. Anyone who promises you a guaranteed visa or a guaranteed job is misleading you.
Our offers
- Free Initial Consultation — €0, 20 minutes. A short introductory call to understand your situation, explain the realistic pathways and tell you honestly whether and how we can help. There is no charge and no obligation to continue.
- Premium Support — €100, 2-month program. Ongoing guidance over two months for one main goal, entered via a free initial consultation first. In general, it includes a personal action plan, help preparing and checking your documents, guidance through each application step, and answers to your questions during the program. The exact scope for your case is confirmed on the free call, before you pay anything.
Booking, payment and rescheduling
Consultations are booked through Cal.com. The Free Initial Consultation is free of charge. Premium Support is a paid program: the fee and what it covers in your case are confirmed with you before payment, and the program starts once payment is made. If you need to reschedule a booked call, please do so through your booking confirmation or by contacting us as early as you can, so the slot can be offered to someone else. Fees for guidance do not include any official charges, such as embassy, authority or university fees, which you pay directly to those institutions.
Your responsibilities
- Provide true, complete information and genuine documents, and tell us promptly if your situation changes.
- NVConsult never handles fake or bought documents, and we will stop working on a case that relies on them.
- You remain responsible for your own applications, deadlines and for following the instructions of the embassy, authority, university or employer.
Liability
We provide our guidance carefully and in good faith, based on experience and on official information available at the time. Rules, quotas and requirements change, and decisions are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, NVConsult is not liable for decisions made by embassies, authorities, universities or employers, or for losses arising from information that was incomplete or incorrect when you gave it to us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union law. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remaining parts continue to apply.
