About the role
Hotel Ancora, a 5-star luxury hotel in the centre of Cortina d’Ampezzo, is looking for an assistant housekeeping manager. You report to the executive housekeeper and help run the rooms, suites and public areas.
What you will do
- Check cleaning and presentation standards in rooms and suites every day
- Inspect rooms before guests arrive and prepare VIP welcome details
- Help plan shifts and train new housekeeping staff
- Work with front office and maintenance on room status and repairs
- Manage linen, supplies and lost property
What the employer asks for
- A secondary school diploma, ideally from a hotel school
- 2 to 3 years in a similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Very good Italian and English; a third language is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel software such as Opera

- EUR 28,000 to 30,000 a year (gross)
