About the role
A modern asparagus farm in Castelbaldo (Veneto) is looking for a team leader to organise its farm workers.
What you will do
- Plan and coordinate the daily work of farm teams
- Track attendance and support workers with problems
- Assign tasks such as treatments, irrigation and harvest
- Watch crop health and look after farm machinery
What the employer asks for
- Experience leading teams on a farm
- Good communication and problem solving
- Flexibility in busy seasons such as the harvest
- A tractor licence and plant-protection licence are a plus
What the employer offers
- EUR 1,300 to 2,500 a month, depending on experience
- Fixed-term contract with a view to a permanent one
